My card was stolen and I can't report it because I don't know the last four digits of the card number.
My wallet was stolen and I finally remembered that I have a Go2bank card. I call and call the customer service number but can not access the account to report the card lost or stolen because I have no Idea what the last four digits of the card number are. I no longer have the card and am not able to reach customer service or any one to help reestablish my service and access the money I had in the Go2bank.

My card lock
I don't know what happened. I'm trying to get my paycheck.
I need to pay my bills, and I don't know why you all won't unlock my account so I can pay my bills. I don't want to bank with you all anyway. I can't go through this again.

Resolved: My VHS went direct deposit and they have not give me my money they owe me $42,700
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
My VA check was going direct deposit RushCard sold out to go to Go2bank and nobody wants to give me my money I really need somebody to help me please we're not just talking about a couple of dollars we're talking about the money that my husband died and left me and I can't even get to it and I can't seem to get no help nowhere we do wrong we pay for it they're doing wrong they should pay for it you should be able to do people like this

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I have NEVER had a GO2Bank account, and never will. Someone decided to use my personal email to make account with them, and after weeks of trying to remove it by myself, I decided to call them today.
Once I called them, they ask for my name, my number, and my SS number. As any logical person, I gave them the first 2, but not the 3rd one.
After everything was done, they notify me that GO2Bank account that was used with my email was removed.
Still wondering why I needed to give my SS, if I never had account in the 1st place.
Always pay attention to your e-mails.

A green dot, as well as Go to Bank, closed my account with my money in it. That's stealing.
I would like to know how I can go about filing a complaint against these two companies. Coins Sign and the act of monopolizing a dentist are actually stealing money by closing your account with no customer service.

Someone changed my email and password to go back and I cannot get into my account and they froze it and I just got a $1400 deposi And they won't give me my money back nothing that won't let me leave
Someone changed my email password I'm trying to change it I called the company they still told me nothng,and that I'm nothing about it exclude my account I mean I sent pictures ID and everything and still its been like a month now they block me, and I have $1400 in my account too cant Don't mess with banks that have no customer service that you can't call directly to them and talk to a person get it back I wouldn't know what's going on Any help

Dispute a chargt
I have a charge on my card for 36.91 that I didn't know about. It was Dec.
28, 2024. It was at T-Mobile and I never have had an account with that company. I never had this problem before.
I hope it doesn't take long for my money to be put back on my card. Something told me to check my card but, like I said, I have never used T-Mobile.

I had been with go2 bank for about two years. My weekly spousal support payments from his work were auto put into my account weekly.
Plus other income.tgen they closed my account. No reason. Blocked my online access when I called to find my missing money.support would not help me .they'd hang up on me.
Soon to file huge lawsuit and sue the company. Couldn't pay bills after they kept stealing my money after the five grand as ex's deposits kept going into their account they'd closed on me and denied me any access to .for the next three to four months..stay away from these theifs and fraud..they'll rob you blind.i couldn't pay my electric..couldn't pay car note for two months they kept my money..causing vehicle to be repoed..then had no ride..living way in the woods..no way to work or grocery store and so on..they ruined my credit .since no access to all my money.could not pay my bill monthly..as thus went on for months..to date they've resolved nothing and its been nearing the second year.
- Robbed me over three and half to four months and never acknowledged or refunded all that stolen money
