My name is Rodger Tracy my email is r o d g e r t r a c y 32@***.com the phone was stolen so I wasn't able to retrieve that email and so it was very hard to get into my account I still really haven't got into it the account has been closed but they denied my dispute pending police report once I prove I was incarcerated during all the exchanges of people getting my money out however they did it hopefully this problem will be resolved but I sat here broke sitting on the streets waiting until it's resolved I had to have everything mailed to me like I said the phone was stolen so I couldn't get into that email and you guys didn't understand that for some reason I tried going to my email provider but there's no way I can't retrieve the email sorry I tried but like I said hopefully with the police report and the paper proven I was incarcerated during all the transactions it should be resolved thank you for your time and I hope this goes far

How can I get my money off my card I'm having Trouble with getting my money off.My card in a few times but I was never able to get my card my money off my card

I was robbed and everything was stolen. I called to have my card locked and another card sent to me with a balance still on my card. When I checked the balance the next day all money was gone from my account.

I have still received no response to my phone calls. I can't find an email address to write to them.

All of my calls are hanging ups. No human response at all.

The "chat" with customer service is automated also. But I will NOT give up.
